Our Story

Quantum Collaboration was formed in early 2026 based on David R. Krumholz's experience as the controller of a large marine engineering firm and then President of Strand Management Solutions, Inc., a custom software development and consulting company.

Since Strand's formation in 1979, which makes it older than TCP/IP (1983), older than the World Wide Web (1991), older than Google (1998), and only a little younger than Microsoft (1975), Strand has provided primarily project-based development services to multinational firms, state government organizations, and SMBs in the service, manufacturing, distribution, and retail industries.

Quantum Collaboration was formed as a consultant-owned and managed organization to provide cutting-edge system architecture, design, development, and implementation services to sophisticated owners and high-level technology managers who want the best resources at the fairest value.

Quantum Collaboration looks for participation from experienced Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineers, and Developers in a cooperative and collaborative environment.
